The Mentor Collective Program
The Baskin Engineering Mentor Network helps students navigate their paths to careers by linking 3rd and 4th year students with alumni. Students are paired with an alum who understands their experience and is invested in their success — a person ready to listen, inspire, help navigate challenges, and recognize opportunities.
Campus to Career
Campus to Career invites Baskin Engineering alumni back to UC Santa Cruz for informal presentations and conversations with current students. Alumni share tips for excelling academically, reflect on how they made the most of their time as students, discuss their transition into professional roles, and offer insights into a typical day in their careers.
